A proud Nashville native, he currently helms the culinary and beverage operations at the upscale Delta by Marriott Hotel Toledo, showcasing his talent in the hotel’s flagship dining establishments, Axis Restaurant and Bar.

With a wealth of experience in the hospitality realm, Chef Rigot has cultivated his skills through various prestigious positions, including his roles as Executive Chef at Cypress Lodge and Rye Bar & Southern Kitchen.

His expertise encompasses the nuances of menu design, catering logistics, budgeting intricacies, and comprehensive food management—all aimed at creating memorable dining experiences that delight guests at every turn.
